1. System Use & Account Registration
Scout provides autonomous agent processes that monitor social platform channels, verify lead intent, and coordinate schedule queues. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current registration data during onboarding.
- Maintain the security of your workspace session credentials.
- Take full responsibility for all activities, actions, and posts initiated under your workspace account.
2. Autonomous Agents & Account Safeguards
Scout uses simulated browser sessions and API integration flows to check platform activity and queue content. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for aligning the frequency of lead generation hunts and publishing updates with individual platform guidelines and policies.
- Scout provides built-in rate limit enforcers and safety delays. Tampering with or bypassing these mechanisms may result in account restrictions by target platforms.
- You must not use Scout to engage in spamming, harassment, or mass unsolicited distribution.
3. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds
Billing is managed dynamically through Paystack's secure payment router. Subscription terms are as follows:
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle based on your selected tier (Individual or Business).
- Tiers enforce hard limits on campaign numbers, platform accounts, and generated lead quotas. Exceeding tier quotas requires a tier upgrade.
- Subscription cancellations apply to the subsequent billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
Scout acts as an automated utility tool. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from target platform blocks, API modifications, data inaccuracies during leads crawls, or incorrect campaign qualifiers.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
